James Wani Igga, born in 1949 in Kirilo, Juba County, is a renowned South Sudanese leader and the Founder and Chairman of the WANI IGGA Foundation South Sudan. He has served the nation over decades as a senior figure in the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) and the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA), holding positions such as Vice President, Speaker of the National Legislative Assembly, and most recently SPLM Secretary General. Dr. Igga’s leadership is distinguished by a lifetime of service, from spearheading key peace negotiations during the liberation struggle to advancing economic development, modern taxation, and public policy reforms. As an accomplished scholar with a doctorate in business administration and a celebrated author, he remains a transformative force, dedicated to unity, reconciliation, and the sustainable upliftment of South Sudanese society through humanitarian and educational initiatives.

Prof. Dr. Ripu Ranjan Sinha is the Honorary Secretary and International Strategic Advisor of the WANI IGGA Foundation South Sudan. He is a distinguished Indian academician, global promoter of innovation, peace, and sustainable development, holding a PhD in Computer Science with specialization in Strategic Knowledge Management. With over two decades of experience as a professor, research administrator, and strategic consultant, Prof. Sinha has been actively involved in development initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, African Union Agenda 2063, and national development agendas including those of South Sudan. He is renowned for his visionary leadership in promoting global cooperation, ICT-driven development, and youth-focused innovation, and he holds multiple leadership roles in academic and international development organizations, contributing significantly to cross-continental collaborations for sustainable peace and growth. His strategic advisory role in the WANI IGGA Foundation reflects his commitment to South Sudan's development and peacebuilding efforts through innovative and inclusive approaches.

John Yatta Comas Lokun is the Honorary Deputy Executive Chairman of the WANI IGGA Foundation South Sudan. He is a prominent South Sudanese leader known for his energetic and gentle leadership style, with significant experience in business and development sectors. John Yatta is also the CEO of SIF Technologies South Sudan and serves as the Director for South Sudan in the Asia Africa Development Council. He actively promotes sustainable development in South Sudan, emphasizing investment opportunities in agriculture, petroleum, education, and health sectors to drive the country's green and industrial revolution. His leadership role in the WANI IGGA Foundation aligns with his deep commitment to advancing economic growth and peace in South Sudan through strategic international partnerships and inclusive development initiatives.
